To every jock and cheerleader
to every popular, preppy, gormless girl and guy out there
I say:
Watch out.
We're coming.
Yes: we, the choir dorks and band geeks
we, the lowly nerds of every
     abominable class there is:
we are coming.
And one day,
When you're old and wrinkled,
We'll be there-- hot as ever,
because we will have found the true secret
           of eternal youth.
And when you're in a wheel chair
because you overdosed on steroids
or dieting pills
or you injured yourself doing something stupid,
we'll be there,
pushing it.
Yes, when you are in the real world,
and out of work because you didn't want to get your nails dirty
and you never developed your brain
because you were high or drunk
we'll be making millions of dollars
on our multi-platinum CDs
or our super-fast, super cool machines
that do God-knows-what.
We will be the ones on top
and you,
the lowly,
back stabbing,
popular queens and kings
will be bowing to us:
